This image was made using Maya and Zbrush to model the character and environment. I textured using mainly Mari and Photoshop. I lit using mainly V-ray lights and composite the render with Photoshop. This work is featured in 3D Artist Magazine, CG Society, and Gnomon School. This was based on amazing book cover by Dan Dos Santos

This character model was sculpted in Zbrush and retop in Maya using about 32k triangles. I textured using a mixture of Photoshop, NDO, and DDO.
